Jessie May is here to help you and your family to cope with the fear, challenges and complexities of having a child with a life-limiting condition – from diagnosis, during day to day life, times of crisis and through bereavement.
Every child has a small dedicated team of Jessie May nurses to be there throughout their journey, from the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

If your child or family are looking to access specialised nursing care or bereavement support from our Jessie May nurses, please ask your GP, Community Paediatrician or Lead Nurse to complete the referral form below.
